Another week, another month in the books. I hope everyone is enjoying the cooler fall days and getting outside to enjoy the still shining sun. As we head into Halloween weekend, however you and your family observe this time of year, I hope you find a safe, fun, and joyous way to celebrate. I know my student is looking forward to this weekend, although activities with be adapted with public health safety in mind.

The PTA has several announcements & reminders this week.

#1 The second general PTA meeting of the school year is coming up in November. Please join us Tuesday, November 17, 2020 from 6:30pm – 8:00pm. The meeting will be held online via Zoom. The fantastic Mt. Tabor Middle School counselors will be joining the meeting as speakers. Topics include student social-emotional health and growth, coping with the current situation, and distance learning.

#2 Last week we announced the sale of Mt. Tabor Middle School merchandise available for purchase. T-shirts, fleece sweatshirts, and hoodies are available in adult and youth sizes. Orders can be placed online and your order can be mailed to your address or picked up in the local shop. #3 We have Mt. Tabor Middle School merchandise on sale with a previous design. If you like the design pictured below and want a discounted item to show some school spirit please email the PTA at mtmspta@gmail.com and put Sale Items in subject line. Also look for the PTA at book and supply pick-up and drop-off events. The PTA makes every effort to have a presence at these events.

We currently have small, medium, large, and extra large t-shirts. We have a very limited supply of large hoodies. And we have small, drawstring backpack style bags. See pictures below.
