Welcome back, Mt. Tabor!!! I don’t know about you, but I have been vacillating between excitement and anxiety as this week has gotten closer and closer. I have been comforted by the virtual meetings led by our new Principal, Tonya Arnold and her Team. I actually feel like I might be ready – as ready as I can be, anyway! We had our first Board Meeting this month and had a good discussion about the coming year. Historically, so much of what we have done has involved interacting “in person” – with the new school year dominated by virtual interactions, we are beginning the process of exploring what the role of the PTA is, where can provide value, and how we can best stay connected to the Teachers and Parents. The best people to help us form this plan – YOU PARENTS! So, mark your calendars for Tuesday, September 15th at 6:30pm. Meeting link TBD.
