We have made it through the first month of school! It is hard to believe we are moving into the first full week of October. It feels like my household is starting to settle into the schedule and routine of distance learning. I hope this week finds you all adjusting to school-time routines. We all have certainly conquered a multitude of learning obstacles this last month.

PTA board members are meeting online this week and looking ahead into the school year. As you can imagine, the pandemic, social distancing, and the distance learning environment impact the PTA’s usual fundraising efforts. In this week’s meeting, the board plans to discuss fundraising options in our current social distancing environment. As we envision what this looks like and begin planning for various options, we look forward to sharing these with the MTMS community in the coming weeks and months.
