Mt. Tabor Middle School… it appears we have a Jazz Band. The PTA voted last week to help fundraise to support the return of Jazz Band to our school community. Practice times, teachers and all of the exciting details are yet to be hammered out – but know that it is coming!! HOORAY!! On another note, we have a new Volunteer Coordinator for the PTA to help us engage all of YOU! We also very excited to be working closely with the MTMS Foundation to work on a fundraiser for this year – anyone looking to pitch in is welcome as we will be seeking many more volunteers in the weeks to come. I hope that you all have a wonderful week as the Holiday Season progresses.

Help a Family – Help your Community! Thursday, December 12th from 9:30am-1:30pm

Thursday, Dec. 12th is Mt Tabor Middle School’s day to send 5-6 volunteers from 9:30am -1:30pm, to help kids receive clothing and to help sort donations so there are lots of choices for kids to see.

We are located at the Marshall (Madison HS) Campus; 3905 SE 91st, Room B-60. Please have volunteers check in at the Madison school office, then come up to help out.

Opportunity to Engage with Students and Facilitate a FUN, Community-Building, Fund Raising Activity!!

The PTA is very excited to make Movie Nights a more regular “thing” at Mt. Tabor.  Would you be willing to help coordinate? We are looking for Parents who are able to share their time with our young folk to help build community among our students, facilitate a wholesome good time, and help raise money for the school.
